Note: You can only add Applications for Utilities that you are currently linked to. Provide the email address you use for logging in to your desired Utility in order to be linked.

Go to application home page

Click on Go to applications tile

Select Utility from dropdown

Click New Temporary Traffic Regulation tile

Complete steps 1 – 4 on form

Click the Submit Application button
